i am a regular visitor to nizamabad ..i always prefer NSI for my stay in nizamabad as there is no other good option in this city but sadly in my recent trip to nikhil sai hotel they are not intrested in maintaing the hotel i had changed my room twice due to dirty and filthy rooms provided..the walls in the rooms are stained heavily bathroom is not cleaned and is damaged lots of repairs are done unprofessionally which are hazardous for the quality of the room furniture has a lot of wear and tear but the hotel staff is not intrested in maintaining the same ..very unhappy with the saty at the hotel only the breakfast room service and food quality hasnt degraded ..next time if the hotel wants a good buisness they need to improve thier rooms or they will be out of buisness..it was feeling like i am in a Telanaga tourism hotel and not in a private hotel

We checked into the hotel on 5/10.
Reception lobby was good
Rooms are spacious, but maintenance was poor.
Room was not clean
Food in the restaurant was ok.
Bathroom was not at all clean, taps are covered with rust.
We get hotwater only in mornings.

I recently visited this place with my friends......food is not much tasty and service is late. The soops which we have ordered are not so tasty. NEED to upgrade the quality of food. I haven't find cleanliness in the hotel. Average hotel with average food.

I have stayed at this hotel several times only because there are no other better choices in Nizamibad. The rooms are clean however the hallways are constantly dirty. I see staff mopping frequently but either they do not sweep first or their water is dirty. Rooms are in serious disrepair. Bathroom faucets leaked constantly, bathroom doors are warped, and at times won't close or open, windows are dirty. Food at the restaurant is good but breakfast needed more choices. I do find that the staff is very friendly, and try to be helpful. The wireless network is frustrating if you do not have a local number. With all of that being true it still seems to be the best choice in Nizamibad.
