A very good location hotel in Osaka, only 10 mins. walking to Dontobori.
The staffs are so helpful, rooms are in good condition
even they look quite old.
Just opposite to Daimaru, easy for shopping and dinning.
At the basement, there are lots of nice restaurants.

Maybe itâs not peak season the room rate is reasonable and had free upgrade to superior room. The interior design is modern. Very close to Shinsaibashi and could do shopping and eating anytime there with many choices. There is bus service direct to airport, very convenient! Very late checkout until 12pm. Highly recommend this hotel with my great experience there!

The hotel was good overall. We loved the breakfast at Serena, and the location of the hotel. The rooms were very clean, too. The walls were pretty thin, however, so you can hear babies crying sometimes.
Coordination among the staff (or processing of the computer system) needs a little bit of improvement: we paid for the tax in cash upon checking in, but we were asked to pay for it again upon checking out. The lady at the reception was a little condescending when we told her that weâve already paid for it, and insisted that we havenât and that they charge the tax differently from the hotel rate. She didnât listen when we said weâve already paid for it and kept cutting us off when we tried explaining. It took them around 10 minutes to find that we have indeed paid the tax already. Because of this, we were late for our train.

This hotel is very well located nearby the main street of the stores in Osaka and the corner which is the touristic point of the city (also remembers The Times Square). And there are a lot of restaurants near the hotel.

We stayed for two nights and I regret this decision as I was misinformed that Osaka has nothing much to sightsee. Hotel is within walking distance from the popular food and shopping area. You can take the trains that are easily accessible from the hotel to avoid the overpowering coldness from outside.
The housekeepers are efficient, every morning when we are leaving for breakfast, they are already cleaning the rooms. They are also friendly and polite and greeted you with warmness. When we returned in the evening, the room is clean and tidy and mineral water is replenished.
Have a wide spread of western and Japanese buffet breakfast. We love the breakfast.
Will like to visit Osaka again in the near future. Thumbs Up!
