What People are saying

Great View, that’s it.

SWoodJ on 06/02/2018 12:48

1. Great view of bay bridge and sky scrapers
2. Front lobby: They are nice and listen to you.
3. Executive Lounge: You can’t always access even though you are gold level.
The service quality is moderate. Nothing outstanding. They take away all the alcohol
beverages and most of food at 7:30 pm. They are not very nice as you expect on other
hotel chains like Marriott or Sheraton in Japan. Especially, the lady who looks like chief level (Elder than others) got upset when I asked the time during busy time that triggered me to write this review. That type of attitude is not very common in the country. Maybe ok for some people, I don’t know. I’m a royal member for Marriott and spg. I have stayed at Hilton Nagoya and they are far better.
4. Room (King Deluxe)
It’s built pretty well maybe because it was Nikko Hotel till 2 yrs ago buit during bubble economy although it’s a bit dated. The room has nice bathroom with separated shower booth.
There’s 50 TV with a DVD player connected. From the balcony you can see the great view i mentioned.
There are sofas enough for 5 people great for families.
5. In summary, if you expect some sort of warm hospitality, stay away. They are not trained.

Lovely Hotel outside the hustle and bustle of Tokyo

Amsiam on 04/02/2018 10:56

We have travelled to Tokyo several times as a family as my partner does a lot of business in Japan. Odaiba has always been recommended to us by the Japanese agents as a great place to stay for young families as it’s an easy walk to good shopping, restaurants and entertainment complexes like Legoland and Joypolis. Odaiba is outside central Tokyo but is serviced by its own rail line - the Yurikamome line. This actually drops you off right outside the Hilton so it’s really convenient and it’s also easy to get around Tokyo by transferring at Shimbashi station to one of the other lines.
The Hilton hotel itself is lovely and the rooms here are definitely bigger and more atmospheric than the shoeboxes in central Tokyo! It was lovely to come back to after a long day pounding the pavement and look out at the stunning views of Rainbow Bridge when it’s lit up at night. So hard to close the curtains every night and go to sleep - be sure to get a room with a view of the bridge, it’s absolutely worth it! One evening we enjoyed dinner at the hotel, again looking out at the fabulous view. So relaxing and would definitely recommend.
The convenience of the hotel to restaurants and shops is great, especially when travelling with a child. There’s a Starbucks a short walk down the boardwalk and a really nice western restaurant chain ‘Bills’ in the Decks complex that’s amazing for breakfast and does fantastic coffee, which is really difficult to find in Japan! If you’re wanting to experience a Japanese onsen there’s one in Odaiba also, my son and I had a great time exploring (note he was under 7 years at the time so could come with me into the communal bathing areas). There’s also a large pet shop in the Decks shopping arcade that kids love and is a great place to spend time looking at all the tiny (and ridiculously expensive) puppies.
For us, this is definitely our hotel of choice in Tokyo and we look forward to coming back again soon!

Excellent Hotel but Needs Airport Transportation

dennisc999 on 31/01/2018 15:53

Everything was great except for transportation/recommendations from Haneda airport would have been helpful. If the hotel had a shuttle or could have a 3rd party shuttle service that vistors could use it would have saved me a lot of time and also I would have rated 5 stars

Daiba Hilton inTokyo

cobyh2018 on 29/01/2018 22:10

The room was very dated and small; the bathroom sink and floor needed repairs.
The meals were too pricey for the amount and quality of food.

However, the staff is excellent and very helpful.

We probably will not stay here again.

Stunning Rainbow Bridge View at Night

ScotByChoice on 28/01/2018 07:14

This was my second stay at this hotel and it won't be the last! A very welcoming property with well trained staff and, if you're lucky, a stunning view of Rainbow Bridge and the bay. I had an unplanned layover in Tokyo due to weather issues, and was able to book a room same-day on the run coming in from Singapore. The hotel is just a few steps from the Daiba light rail station (Yurikamome Line). If you're adventurous, it is possible to inexpensively travel from Haneda Airport via monorail and two light rail lines directly to the hotel. If not, a cab or ridesharing service is your best bet. While the rooms are not luxury class, they are well appointed, clean, and well maintained. I have used the Executive Lounge on several occasions and it is well worth the extra cost. Diamond members, you will find that you are appreciated at this property.
