Beautiful place and very nicely decked up.. Great place to chill and relax..went there to attend a marriage function.. the place has all the arrangements for all type of functions at the venue only...

In the middle of karnal stands Noormahal. I attended a friends wedding in this grand palace like structure and enjoyed my short stay for one night. Staff was professional and courteous. Breakfast was good. I wish the food has a bit less chllies. Over all enjoted my stay here.

I had a booking for 12 rooms in Noor Mahal to celebrate silver jubliee of my uncle and aunt. All the rooms were very lavish and service was quite fast. I was given separate banquets for lunch and dinner just for my gathering. Both the halls were amazing with wonderful service. We were given a vast menu and food was very delicious. It actually exceeded expectations due to the whole variety and taste. It is a huge property with loads of things to do including outdoor games, indoor games, swimming, sauna and steam.
Venue for breakfast was very crowded and it was quite irritating to wait for food. So that needs to be taken care of, but apart from that everything was well managed and staff was very courteous.Looking forward to pay a visit again soon.

I went to attend my friends wedding there for 3 days. The arrangements were really good, from decorations to food. I didn't expect good food there as i 1st thought its in karnal and wont be serving good tasty food. But i was surprised and happy that the food was fresh, tasty and up to the mark in all the functions.
Arrangements from DJ to decorations to flower arrangements to bars and stages all was great.
Now coming to the hotel rooms part, the rooms are spacious and good but little bit old- need some renovation. The bed mattress was also bit old. Ac didn't work well in morning time but was fine in night. Services were good and on time.
Overall i had a great stay.

It is an awesome property with a grandeur of historical architecture and decor. But the service is very poor. Untrained staff utterly fail to understand the customer needs.
They have a gorgeous bar and restaurant at lobby level with a theme of a train. The bar menu has very nice long list of imported, foreign brands and Indian brands. However, most common Indian brand Kingfisher wasn't available. Only one Budweiser bottle was available which was 6 months old. Asked other two 'imported' brands. They are horribly expensively prices for a pint but they were 7 months old too.
Finally they told, they have put all beers into 'non-sellable' as they were very old and could not serve beer anymore.
