A budget Hotel but at more than Budget rate. The advantage is proximity to Airport if you are reaching late in the evening into Kolkata . Rooms are clean and functional but wall are thin for sound proofing.
Breakfast is acceptable .

Not satisfied.. staffs looking unprofessional... Dinner was good.. Breakfast menu bad - very limited items.. Bar is good with items and staffs..Room was average... WiFi was not working.. I informed 3 times to reception, but no result... Hotel is at good location... its only helpful for people who want to stay near Airport (Though, the hotel don't provide free airport shuttle)

good hotel renovated recently, good food. Near to airport so location is prime. All staff is professional & trained. Overall a better budget option for all purpose. They have more property nearby so everyone can adjust. Rooms are good.

Hotel is very close to the main highway, traffic noise is a little disturbing. Rooms are small but neat and tidy, rather comfortable. Basic amenities are good. Food menu is widespread and the food delicious. Staffs are helpful. Hotel is close to the airport, ideal for an early morning flight, you can actually avoid the famous Kolkata traffic. Overall a comfy hotel for those stopping over just for a night or two.

Hotel o2, being located near to the airport was one of the reason that we were booked for a 10-hour layover at kolkata, with lunch and dinner. But the staff was rude, not ready to provide extra pillows, the food was pathetic, only the non vegetarians could end up filling up with some chicken, but vegetarians had to explore other options considering that we had a night flight ahead.
