We were looking for a hotel in Bhuj due to last minute cancellation of our bookings and we finally found this hotel. Just for a nights stay - it was just about acceptable since it looked safe and rooms were clean. Due to the seasonal business (just 3 months in a year) of travellers visiting the rann of kutch, and the shortage of rooms, all the hotels in Bhuj seem to be fleecing travellers with a take it or leave it attitude. Given a choice of staying in this type of a hotel in any other city there is no way I would choose this but one can't complain much because Gujarat tourism as a whole is a big sham with poor infrastructure, badly maintained heritage sites and over advertised locations.

We stayed here for a night, on the way to Rann utsav. There was 3 of us, and there was a king and a single bed and that was spacious. The room was spotless and the bath room (although was old) but very clean. There was no problem of hot water (usual with such hotels in small towns but it was absent. Hot water came on opening the tap).
The best about this hotel - it is tucked and hence no road noise. We were told that they don't give free breakfast to online bookers like us, via make my trip. For the same rates, the folks who directly booked got a free b/f !!
The most important aspect of this hotel - the attached restaurant Sankalp. It serves one of the best South Indian menus you can think of. The dishes are tasty and presented in a novel manner. The serving was professional and taste authentic, much better than many of the famed South Indian restaurants like Saravana Bhavan etc.Every item is very well done and very well presented. The only con - it is a very, very pricey restaurant for a small, dusty and dirty town called Bhuj.
So, choose OASIS, if you are around in Bhuj and want a quite room and a good South Indian food to eat (The nearby Guj Thali restaurants are also, within a few meters).
You can avoid taking the taxi from the front desk, for local tours. You will get much better and cheaper options from the nearby taxi stand.

Convenient location, good service, very decent rooms and a nice restaurant attached to the hotel. Lift facility is not available as of December 11, 2017. Many other good restaurants are just five minutes by walk from here.

I stayed in this hotel along with my family in Dec'17. Its an old hotel but some retrofits and maintenance. I stayed in suite room and it had 3 beds and place for extra bed with an attached bathroom. Was surprised that the bathroom of this suite was also large, I would have preferred more moving space in the room with a smaller bathrooms.
Pros
a. Location - Centrally located and within walkable distance from shopping areas
b. Good Parking facilities
c. Supportive staff
d. Good restaurant - Sankalp - South Indian Cuisine (Was quite tasty even for a south Indian like me :))
Cons
a. Offline booking - I am surprised they dont take online booking for peak seasons, I had to book offline.
b. Limited breakfast - Breakfast spread doesnt do justice to this type of hotel.

Being a place in City area and near to the a well known restaurant Sankalp it is a good place for Stay. Tourists like this as it is near to City area and they have a chance to shop by walk and without any requirement of vehicles.
