Excellent breakfast, excellent service, excellent rooms. The staff are so kind, as you can expect in Japan. Our room was always done up very well. The breakfast has plenty of choices, and there are actually several choices of restaurants in the hotel. Since we were there on business we were given coupons towards breakfast and had a choice of the traditional Japanese breakfast. Since the times were slightly earlier in the morning we sometimes missed it, but did manage to go twice. Absolutely delicious and very traditional. I suggest giving it a try if you can. We also used the concierge a couple of times and they spoke good English and were accommodating.

This hotel is just amazing! The unprecedented hospitality, service, cleanliness made our trip unforgettable. On the day of our arrival after 11-hours flight we've immediately used the pool and sauna amenities. That was very refreshing and relaxing and it gave us a boost to make it until the evening and not to collapse because of the jet lag. The concierge service is outstanding. The room is clean and spacious. The bathroom is sterile and comfortable. We've stayed on the 9-th floor, had a nice urban view and it was quiet. The location is perfect, you are in the middle of the city. Meaning you are not far away from Ginza and not far away from Snibuya and Schnjuku.

There are so many hotels in Tokyo, but Hotel Okura Tokyo is one of the best few hotels in Tokyo in both comforts of the stay and the quality of restaurants. If you will visit from other countries, this is the place to enjoy Japanese hospitality.
This time, I stayed only a night and enjoyed the stay. The guest room is old but very clean and well organized. When I will have to stay at the center of Tokyo, I will use this hotel again.
As for restaurants, Hotel Okura Tokyo has several good restaurants. I personally prefer a light meal and a salad buffet at Camellia , Chinese a la cart at Toka-rin. But other restaurants are also very good.

This hotel hearkens back to the golden age of hospitality. Everything is where it needs to be; everything works as it should. The smiles are genuine and the willingness of staff to go out of their way for you is based on a genuine desire to offer excellence in treatment of guests.
Yes; it is an older building with older accoutrements - but everything is in perfect order.

First time staying here, have previously stayed at Hilton every time before due to its great location to shopping areas.
Anyway, the place is located near Roppongi, very walkable in general, and despite the history of the hotel, the rooms have been refurbished and actually very pleasant to stay in. Service is very good, and the prices are very competitive compared to other hotels on the same level.
Will definitely be staying here again.
