I needed a quick get-a-way and decided to go to the warmest area within driving distance of Atlanta within 6 hours. I decided to go to Orlando. At the time it was freezing in Atlanta and it was continuously raining on and off in Fl. with unseasonably "cold" weather. When the weather broke for a few days, I decided to head to Davenport, which is like 5-7 Interstate Miles from Disney. I think Disney is like exit # 62-67, Davenport is exit number #58, I believe. Tuscana is immediately off the exit, no 10 mile drive to the resort. It is surrounded by Publix, lots of food choices, stores, and near the interstate. It was great pick. It has a contemporary spanish feel, upon arriving. The grounds is very nice. My only complaint would be that the Owners of the Condos, should update their furniture and appliances more often. I personally don't want to see a white substance on the cloth furniture on the living room sofa. Other than that, the layout of the condo was great. Sep. Dining Area, Living Area, Screened patio, Ensuite Bedrooms or Bedrooms easily accessible to the bath. I walked to the pool daily and enjoyed the cabannas. The Bartender was great. The second thing that I didn't like was the wild squirrels. I wanted to lay under the cabana and eat and drink my food, however the squirrels were on "10"! They would run up to you, jump on the curtains behind your head, crawl up the chair that you were relaxing on. I didn't like that, but other than those couple of snafus....I think its a great place to relax. I didn't see many kids, just a couple. I also saw over 30years and older just relaxing. To me, I would definitely stay again. I give it an 8!

We checked into this resort quite late. We were given the keys to our room with no explanation or printed brochure about what is available to us. The beds were made but as it was very cold (we are from the Caribbean) I had to put on the blankets on 3 beds.
The condo was comfortable except for one hitch. Every morning I had to report to the front desk that the toilet in the master bedroom was clogged. We spent 5 nights there and every morning we had this problem. Eventually, the second toilet in the condo became clogged.
This was very disconcerting and spoilt our stay at the resort.

We had lost our initial reservation at another hotel and went on Hotels.com to find a substitute hotel to spend New Years eve. Tuscana Resort came up so we booked it and drove straight there...I arrived and stood in line that went very quickly, front dest agents were friendly and very helpful, took about 10 minutes to get checked in...Our room was on the 4th floor two bedroom two bathroom was perfect for my wife her mother and our daughter...just what we needed after the hotel that we booked was terrible and thank God we had this to come to...Very clean very quiet very recommended...thanks you we will definitely be back as we live in Florida...

I traveled with my family and we all loved this apartment. We were 3 adults and 2 small kids. Loved the spacious rooms - it had 2 bathrooms and the kitchen was very large. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed for 2 weeks in October. When we arrived we were very pleasantly surprised with how spacious and well kitted out the rooms were. There was ample space for us (a family of four).
The hotel is really close to Disney (about a 10 min drive) so made an excellent base for the parks.
The pool area was a great place to take the kids to wind down (whilst the adults took advantage of the very reasonable happy hour) - special mention to the bar staff who were very friendly.
You have a Publix just down the road so you can easily stock up on groceries (and make packed lunches to avoid the eye watering price of food in Disney).
If weâre ever in Florida again we would definitely consider staying here again.
