If you want to find out how the wines are prepared and the Cremants are made then book a tour and also sample a free drink,you will learn a lot.

Toured the caves with colleagues which was not that impressive. However, when you exit the cave you arrive at the cellar where one can buy their bubbles or Pinot Noir etc.
I recommend the Brut Demi Sec, which is a tad sweet.

A reasonably priced buffet with a large selection of starters ranging from salads to local hams to shrimp and salmon. The main -
warm - courses usually include a fish, chicken and beef. In summer sit on the long garden terrace along side the river but be sure to reserve. Lovely also for an afternoon drink or coffee and cake.

Best way to start of a girls weekend of wines and tours. The caves were manmade into the side or the mountain. Walking through is so amazing and smells great. Cooler temps inside make it even better. The tastings after top off a great tour with an amazing guide. It is a must!!!!

Interesting guided visit in the cellars and lunch on the restaurant terrace, overlooking the river Moselle.
Lovely location and tasty food, including fresh asparagus and whitebait.
