We booked in short notice and Andre helped us. What a view and clean sea view unit. Boys had their own room with satellite tv and balcony and we got our own room and tv with balcony. Looking down on the harbor view and so quiet. The website picture was not misleading at all. Very nice kitchen. Will definitely recommend this. The venue will have 2 apartments one with garden view and one sea view . The garden view can still see the Harbour. Two on suites bathrooms.Andre very friendly and helpfully

We stayed in the B&B for one night. Had a little bit of trouble getting there, as GPS led us to the dead end street. Good it was in daylight. The flat is very nice, but some small thing were annoying - the broken switch, the hot water tap, not working lamp. And didn't realize we'll be sharing common room and the kitchen. And amount of locks to open before getting to your room was a little frightening. But the view was stunning and luckily our neighbors arrived late and we left early, so we had the apartment to ourselves that was a great plus.

Nice clean rooms, good bed, very friendly owner. Great!! view. It's also very quiet. If you walk down the shortcut it takes max. 10 mins to Simon's Town. The only thing that could be a bit better is WiFi.

The views are really beautiful. The room itself is ok, you can prepare coffee/tea. There are many shortcuts going down to town (around 10 minutes walking). If you have planned enough time for your stay in Cape Town area, spend a few nights here. Simon's Town has some nice colonial houses, you can visit penguins nearby and you can go by bike to Cape Point. Albatross House probably has the best views as it is on one of the highest points. It is reasonable priced!

My wife & I travelled from the UK and spent almost 5 weeks in this wonderful apartment.The unbelievable views from the 40 foot long balcony overlooking Simon's Town harbour from this elevated location greeted us every morning. It was quiet, except for the birdsong and the accommodation was kept spotless by Emily who visited every 2 days to refresh everything. Andre, the owner attended to every question we raised during the lead up to our visit virtually by return, and during our stay. We were made to feel that nothing was too much trouble. He even got us some supplies in for our arrival and included some freebies, going to the trouble of finding Gluten Free biscuit treats for my wife. If we return to South Africa we will certainly stay with Andre again.
