We stayed there for 4 nights and really enjoyed it!
Booking was excellent. Response very quick and super friendly! The evening before our arrival the hotel called us to wish a good trip! What a treat!
Checkin perfect! Good explanation of what the hotel offered and what is where. Glass of Prosecco to start off.
Our room can only be recommended: Suite Bergfeuer! Lovely, spacious with a fire place in the middle that can be seen from the bed! Very romantic! We've put on a fire every evening to go to sleep! The bathroom is beautiful! Exactly what one wants to have when going to a hotel near the mountains.
Sport wise there are two indoor tennis courts (very fast). There's a gym and lots of offers for outside sports.
The spa area is just marvelous! We enjoyed it for hours every day. It never seemed to be too much crowded and compared to other hotels we know there are many showers around which we appreciated. Overall very well thought through.
We booked treatments/massages every day and it was all perfect! The range of offering is huge. There definitely is something for every taste.
The only thing one could slightly complain about was the kitchen. Even though on a good level, for a hotel of that category we expected more. Buffet for breakfast is nice but compared to other places we know rather small. Dinner was good, but the main course somehow "boring" and repetitious style wise. On the other hand the wine list is very nice if one likes Austrian wines and is priced at very reasonable levels.
One person in the restaurant staff we can highly recommend was Michaela. She was just perfect! She knew when to do a pause between courses and just made one feel as at home. Congratulations! Unfortunately we haven't found her on the webpage...
Congratulations also to the cleaning ladies of the room. We left the room for breakfast and when we came back all was cleaned up (fire place included!)! That was lovely!

We stayed here for two fantastic weeks. The hotel is beautifully finished and in wonderful surroundings. The atmosphere is efficient but also very friendly and we found this the perfect location to relax, walk and cycle in a perfect alpine landscape together with a wonderful spa and seemingly endless food from the three restaurants.

We have stayed here after xmas for the New Year' eve. It was very relaxing with a fantastic SPA and superb food. The people are all very nice and helpful. It is already the 4th time that we were there. I can highly recommend this fantastic hotel.

Woaw Waow Waow, just back from a 5 nights trip in this beautiful place, this was hard to leave.
Staff is warm as your family, food is incredible in the 3 restaurants, the 7000m2 is on of the best in europe, rooms just perfect, like a chalet with a fireplace !

We loved our stay at Hotel Jungbrunn this November. We had the "Milch & Honig" Suite. Very spacious, and nicely appointed, 2nd bedroom/bath is rather small and more suited for children. The living room was nice, with a fireplace, but both tables and furniture in there were old, scratched & not updated. But really minor compared to the whole experience. Food, Staff & Service was perfect. Spa was wonderful, spacious and offered lots of options, (different saunas made it easy for me, who does not enjoy a very hot sauna, to find the right one). Also my husbands massage was too short (not 50 min as booked) and simply not good - mine was fantastic. We will be back!
