I'm really disappointed with the services. Some rooms in my floor have been booked for marriage and its so noisey that I have not been able to sleep at all. Even at 1am the guests are shouting in the corridor. The rooms are not sound proof. I called at the reception to requests the guests to make less noise, but was told that it has been booked for marriage, so they cant say anything to the guests. I guess the hotel management should know how to handle such situation or make bookings in a way that it doesn't disturb other guests.

Hotel Rooms are spacious and clean. Well maintained. Restaurant served dinner to us at around 11 pm and staffs seems to be happy and not in hurry, which happens when there are no one to serve and time to close the door.

This is a big hotel but the services are great. The location a stone's throw from Rajpur Road and the Gandhi Park is a plus too. You can catch a Vikram very close by. The Delux rooms are nicely maintained and large with a good view. Breakfast is included and is an excellent spread. They have a lot of option and does your eggs just as you wish it! The restaurant is good, not extraordinary but after a whole day out it is welcome to come back to it. A warm stay.

Right in the heart of city is Hotel Pacific located. Was there for the road show of HP. Service was good. Food was good. Staff is very humble. Arrangements were good, but space was very conjugated. Bar management was good. Overall it was a good experience.

Hotel Pacific Dehradun is centrally located just 1 km from Clock Tower .
Went there with group of friends and had a warm welcome. Stayed there just for a night as we had to go to Mussoorie next day .
Rooms at this hotel are spacious , air conditioned and equipped with a flat-screen TV. Certain rooms have a sitting area to relax in after a busy day. You will also find a kettle in the room. Each room has decent washroom as well . Overall we had a comfortable stay .
While our stay at Hotel Pacific we also had our dinner and breakfast at their restaurant âParadiseâ .
Dinner :
Started the meal with soups , I had VEG. LUNG FUNG SOUP . I loved it completely .
In starters we ordered KESARI PANEER TIKKA,CRISPY VEG. IN SALT & PEPPER, COTTAGE CHEESE AND BELL PEPPER ROLL,MUTTON SEEKH KEBAB . Out of all mutton seekh kebabs are recommended . They were so good in taste
In main course we had veg sizzler , Hakka noodles ,lasagna .
The food was well cooked and tasted good.Also , the staff was hospitable .
Breakfast:
I would call it a perfect breakfast buffet spread consisting variety of juices , fruits , salads , tea , coffee , South Indian items , sausages, omelet, egg , mutter kulcha , aloo parantha and what not . Completely loved it in terms of variety as well as taste ðð»
Overall we had a wonderful stay .
