I have stayed here now 5-6 times in all seasons. A real heritage hotel that transports you back to a bygone era. Amazing views from the front porch, lovely rooms furnished in the classic style, the staff are gentle and obliging for every need, and add on to that possibly the best vegetarian restaurant in the whole of India. All this only hop and jump to the bustling Mall of Mussoorie, ad further afield the surroundings offer all sorts of hiking opportunities (don't miss the Jabarkhet Nature Reserve). A great place to escape to.

Padmini Nivas is conveniently located on the Mall, but is still secluded and peaceful with a lovely garden. The staff has remained practically unchanged over our innumerable visits, and amazes us each time with their care and attention. The food is another highlight, always freshly prepared and tasty - with very good Gujarati thalis.

I have been coming here for more than 25 years and my kids have now become adults but even more than me and my wife my children don't want to go anywhere else and we call it our second home!All thanks to the hospitality of mrs worah and vikram zutshi along with their ever helpful staff and servers!I can only hope they never change!

Excellent location, good service, delicious food preparation. Been regular visitor to the hotel since 1995 it gives the filling of second home. Staff is friendly and always helpful. Strongly recommend.

We have been visiting this place for over 10 years now every year without fail and the feeling is incredible. Every One from The Owner to the Manager to The Attendant makes you feel special. I will strongly recommend this place for families and for quite couple time. With an unobstructed view of the dun valley cut off from the crowd yet just a short walk away from the mall road, this place has probably the best location in mussoorie.
