Please don't choose this hotel. It's waste of money. They charged 7200 rs for Agra site seeing and they showed only taj mahal to us. Driver was very rude to us. Pre planely driver drove with speed 80 with innova and looted our money

I was with mine and my friends family stayed for 2 days on 3rd and 4th January 18 in this hotel...the staff of hotel was not well trained and cooperative also manager of hotel very arrogant,on our check out day we requested manager to give us extra time for 1 hour for check out as we have families and small children,he refused and demanded for extra money also room service was very very bad ,we paid a lot money for this stay but the service and behaviour of staff and manager was very bad .....I suggest to all viewers and tourists please do not stay in this hotel along with ur families

Our checkin time was 5.15 am and room timings were for 24 hours..due to early time of checkout we requested the management to extend our timings for 2 hours by paying extra cost..but management was so adamant that they did not even consider and asked us to checkout latest by 5.30 am..(despite no new bookings received by them)
Als as far as hotel room was concerned there were cockroaches (dead and alive) in the rooms.
Only good point was running hot water in morning hours.
Avoid the hotel. Your taxi or auto driver might take you there as they might get commission..but there are clearly many good hotels available at the same rates

Although I got to stay here by reference of a cab driver but believe me hotel is really great.. Initially Manager Saud some higher rates but later he settle down for stay at 1000/- per day inclusive taxes.. Good service, good rooms, nice lighting in rooms with plaster works on ceilings.. Tough area nearer is old crummy material sellers and but hotel ambiance inside is good and in a heart of city and near to New Delhi metro station (0.5km just)

I and my family reached today morning from Manali by bus and we needed a hotel room to freshen up and use bathroom. The taxi driver took us here and these people are charging Rs 2500 per day for what. The room they gave us was not even worth for Rs 500 a day. Pathetic condition and air-conditioning was not working. When asked they said we will be vacating within few hours so they will not turn it on. They do not have restaurant. We ordered poori bhaji and bread toast and it took so much time and Ultimately we had to rush to the airport.
