Hotel is comfortable, clean and well run with helpful staff. The hotel wifi works well. and not far from the old city just ten minutes away. Regrettably not much of the old city remains as there aremany modern apartments and shops.

The Hotel itself, the rooms and the services are not a 5 stars. Knowing this, what makes the difference is the very good ambience and dedication of the staff. Always willing to help and to make the stay a little more comfortable and sweeter. Once they've solved the WIFI challenges they had in the past this is the Hotel where I like staying when travelling around the province.

We stopped over from Santander on route to Portugal. We found the hotel very clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. Our rooms were comfortable. We ate at a local restaurant which served local food and locals were very helpful and friendly. Even though we couldn't speak the language they went out of their way to help us.

This no frills hotel was a pleasant surprise. Modern, and very clean. We only stayed on night on our trip through Spain and it was sufficient for our needs. No resturant, and none nearby. I few unimpressive bars, but found a tapas bar within walking distance that was sufficient for our evening meal.

Modern hotel situated away from the centre but within reasonable walking distance. Bright room, not overly spacious but quite adequate. Help yourself buffet breakfast with no staff on hand and sparse content. Tea is made by microwaving a cup of cold water, luke-warm coffee can also be brought to life in the same way.
Underground car park with direct access to hotel lift.
Helpful staff in reception and cafe/bar.
Hotel/parking good value for the price we paid, the same cannot be said for the breakfast.
