The hotel is pretty comfortable and the staff is very helping. The manager made us feel welcome right from the off. The interiors are done in a traditional Kashmiri style. However, Pahalgam being a summer destination, the hotel could have better winter facilities.
On the whole, the hotel provides an enjoyable stay at a reasonable price-point.

one of the best hotel in Pahelgam. staff is very co-operative and friendly Specially Mr. Shaan and Mr. Nisar. hotel is available at riverside in main market area. It was like second home for us. I would love to visit again.

Extremely comfortable stay with all kind of amenities one expect in cold region. Spacious rooms with exceptionally neat and clean washrooms. Also the sitting on the ground level for the guest is something not available elsewhere. And to top it all NISAR bhai the incharge of the hotel is a gem of a person with very positive vibes and always available for help to serve you the best. Last but not the least u will get the best of the deal during off season.
I recommend all to come to this place and enjoy the good time at hotel Palestine in Pahalgam.

Hotel Palestine in Pahalgam is a property with large, beautiful, comfy & safe rooms which has a beautiful view from the window .The Hotel staff i.e. Mr.Nisar and Akbar Uncle is really helpful and co-operative as well as loving. You feel like home with the hospitality offered by them. 24/7 wifi is available. It is a must visit hotel in pahalgam .
