Stayed here for a night in October. The location is excellent, within walking distance of all attractions like the shore temple, arjuna's penance etc.
The restaurant was closed as the cook was not available, and the breakfast was strictly ok. The staff is very helpful and courteous, and they were happy to accommodate our request to park the car in their premises for a few extra hours.
Rooms were spacious and clean, but the AC in our room was working only intermittently and we were troubled by the mosquitoes throughout the night.
Worth a stay if you are looking for a budget place at a convenient location.

We had a two night stay at the Hotel Pallava. Our room on lower floor was very clean and AC was cool. Was told there was no wifi in rooms but being close to reception our room was able to connect to wifi. Breakfast was served in the finning room and was served hot and coffee was good. A very large clean pool to help refresh ourselves after a hot day. A very pleasant stay in tropical surroundings

Had a lovely stay here and would recommend this hotel. Within walking distance of a beautiful beach and local shops. Rooms comfortable. also has a swimming pool. Didn't have food here as we like to eat in local café's. would recommend silver moon café for breakfast good choice of food at reasonable price's. Opposite the hotel is a yoga place run by rosemary which was excellent.

I loved my stay here. The rooms are large, clean and the beds are comfortable. AC and fan, and you can control your own hot water from a switch in the room (none of this hoping there's currently hot water in the hotel business). The rooms are more like your own little mini terrace house, each one with it's own large, private balcony, facing out to the pool. Amusingly, there's a few cheeky monkeys around, although there are people constantly on patrol to keep them away. It's less than 2 minute walk to the main strip of shops and cafes, and there's a back entrance onto the beach (however, you'll want to walk a couple minutes abit further down the beach to get to the nicer part). The staff are really friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast in the restaurant is simple and nice. The property is well-maintained and kept clean and has a pleasant, relaxed ambience.

Had an awesome stay. Swimming pool is very well maintained. Very cordial staff. Food is very good. Can have dinner by pool side. Shore temple is at walkable distance. Overall decent place to stay. Well maintained rooms. Located at prime place. Very near to beach.
