Neat abd clean room. Housekeeping also does a good job. Polite staff at the reception. Prompt room service and also a good breakfast. Not too big a spread but sufficient. Always ready to give more. Thouogh on the main road facing room, was never disturbed by the traffic sounds.

Pinnacle is good hotel for stay. Staff are working helpful and friendly too. Room is good, clean and room services also best. Services and facilities are also good. Parking facilities also good. Food are good.

We stayed at this hotel for a night while passing through ahmedabad. It's located in the heart of the city and very near to famous spots. Though the hotel building is old and the entrance is very small, but the rooms are quite spacious and well maintained. We had a comfortable stay.
The only problem was the noise of the traffic as the hotel is located on a busy road.

I have terrible experience.
I have booked for 2 night to see all images shown in yatra.com site.
But when I had reached there, I was so surprised to see that hotel very old & dirty smell in the room. I have try to call yatra.com to cancelled. but no response.
I have unable sleep whole night, early morning I left the hotel .

we booked hotel room for 8th July to Check in around 4pm. but,we checked in at 7 am on 9th.and aloted room no.123.
GOOD: Check in was fine. Location is good. Staff behaviour was up to mark.
Bed and bed sheet was spotless.
BAD: Blanket was stinking.Room had untorrable smell of pest control.
Doors were jam. Toilet flush was not working. Old ac.was working after retirement.
As hotel was good in our budget,we ware placed in sub- standered room.
