I did actually expect better than what it was but I suppose in Ibiza a cheap hotel is just somewhere to rest your head at night.
The beds were really uncomfortable.
Very noisy all night from the banging other other peopleâs bedroom doors, not actually from people talking.
The air con did not work.
The maid never come to change my bed sheets or towels.
The balcony however is probably the best part of the whole hotel. It overlooks either the pool or the centre or San Antonio which during the peak season is great for having a drink and people watching.
I also had a bad experience with this hotel 5 years ago when I booked it through low cost holidays and it was cancelled one day before my holiday and I was moved to a hotel 3 miles away from the centre.
On our last day we was woken up by the staff telling us we have to leave by 11am as the hotel was actually closing down for maintenance and we could already here the sounds of things being ripped out the rooms. So I only hope that it will be improved with more comfortable beds and doors that donât slam shut.

Right in the centre of San Antonio bay, so youâd expect full of party animals what for me and my friends wasnât a problem as were are our selves about 3 minute walk to some restaurants, 1 minute walk to the beach, 10-15 minute walk to Ibiza rocks hotel if your going there for events, about 20 minute walk to Mambo but it doesnât feel that long itâs a easy walk all on one path pretty much! 3-5 minutes to the west end strip but for higher class end a good walk away unless your just going to mambo and Ibiza rocks but if your looking for good clubs playa dem bosa and areas like that but cost a lot me but defo defo worth it west end is for all the younger lot with minimal money know nothing about there drinks nothing about decent music ect but the hotel itâs self clean standard nothing to scream and shout about pool is always packed of party poppers but it is a rather small pool Iâd say but everything is all very clean, the staff I canât say was helpful they made me miss my transfer because the women just looked at me like I wasnât making sense and just guessed a time but made it look like she had it up on her computer screen so that wasnât helpful in all fact I should probably got onto this hotel and ask for the £60 euros it cost me to get to the airport I had to pay! But hotel itâs self perfect for cheap for days wouldnât stay here a week as for me I need more food options better for options and quieter place if Iâm there longer and more to do so I can get way when I want to but iv been to Ibiza over 15 times I love it to bits great people great sun great music great drink what more could u want!!!

Me and my partner went away as our first ever holiday and we stayed here. We're out on almost every drink and cocktail they had on the menu. Food was poor and could've been alot better. Majority of the staff aside from one of the young male front desk members, one female bar staff and the security had a poor attitude towards everything. â¬125 to replace a broken mirror is beyond a joke for something so easy to replace for cheap. Rooms were thoroughly cleaned however which was good and they would fold any clothes away that was thrown around. We never had chance to go in the pool as neither of us can swim but lifeguard staff were okay. Strong smell of weed walking past many of the rooms but it's ibiza, I wouldn't expect any less. Not really anyone first aid wise that I saw which would be good. Update of rooms is a suggestion as they are all very old fashioned and tacky. I would come again if upgrades were made as it was reasonable cheap.

The hotel is for people on a partying holiday only. Anything goes.
Decent security at the hotel too. Who are lenient based on what sort of hotel it is.
I'd recommend to anyone who wants a basic hotel in the middle of the action.

Mint location, basic average hotel. So cheap!! Rooms cleaned daily couldnât fault the cleanliness. It is full of radgies but itâs not that bad probably would stay here again only thing that was annoying was the fact the hotel had 1 working lift that kept breaking. Half the reviews on here about this hotel make it sound terrible
And itâs not even that bad.
