Hotel Playa Sol was the best place we stayed our whole trip. It is beautiful- the grounds are beautiful, the rooms, and you won't believe how gorgeous it is when you step out the door. The owners are the nicest people you will meet. If someone told me I could go back to only one place in Spain I would say Cadaques and I would stay at the Hotel Playa Sol. I can't say enough good things about this place. Highly recommend. Don't look anywhere else, this hotel is perfect!

We loved everything about this hotel. They were very helpful right from the booking stage.
When I saw the photos of this hotel I knew I wanted to spend my birthday there so planned the whole trip around it & it did not disappoint. If I didnât live in Sydney Iâd be back every year!
Definitely go for a room with a view of the bay.
The hotel, staff, pool, breakfast, views all combine to make this a memorable holiday destination.
Cadaques was the highlight of our month in Spain, itâs a special place.
Book tickets to visit Daliâs house in the next bay.
The receptionist recommended driving up to the lighthouse or get the mini train. The view from the taverna up there will stay with you forever!

This is a great hotel best in the village, I highly recommend. I have already said it but the location is great. Rooms are very spacious, very clean, please book a seafront view with balcony (third floor). The hotel breakfast was excellent. There is a parking garage for your vehicle and bikes to use. This hotel has the best seaview views in Spain. You will thank me for this recommendation (11/06/2017).

We loved the location and view of the hotel. The rooms seemed to have been recently renovated and have a cabana feel. Huge balcony with recliners chairs etc. We went in low season when the town was empty and cold but still managed to have a good time with their fabulous kitchen and bar.
Iï¸ highly recommend this hotel.

My sister and I stayed here as the final hotel after a 13 day hike. The room was spacious and well-appointed and the beds were comfortable. We were originally disappointed to be booked in a room that didnât face the ocean; however it was quieter and the view was over a garden and a lovely pool area. The breakfasts were wonderful - great variety of foods and all beautifully displayed and delicious. I had some difficulties with a change to a flight booking and the front desk staff was very helpful with the use of their phone (we didnât have a cell phone). I would highly recommend this hotel.
