Reception on arrival to check out date an excellent service enjoyed with staffs in this Hotel. In all front i.e. front desk, conference room service, Restaurant service, house keeping naming to all found be excellent. This gives an expression to come back again on my private tour and also refer my friends.

I stayed here from 9th to 12th Jan 2018...The most wonderful part of the hotel was the courteous staff...Front office, Housekeeping and the Banquet staff...One of the courteous staff member, Aida, even helped me buy the most fresh tea leaves I ever tasted and that help was offered just easily...The location is extremely convenient ... the room I stayed offered great view.

1. I was looking forward to this visit and yes it did not let me down ,
2. The country should adopt a look east schedule in their personal lives .
3. Amazing to see girls, women take over the operational part of working life .
4. The people , the khasi language , the simplicity can bowl any critical traveller.
5. The food is star quality, the in room service is faultless, the terms reasonable.
6. The roads are up and down , reminds me of Darjeeling of the 1970's .
7. As the visit was only for 2 days , I could not make it to the famed ''caves ''.
8. Roads leading from Gauhati are 4 laned and safe ,'
welcome to pineapple country with smiling local folks .

Couple of weeks ago i stayed here with my family, neet and clean room, excellent service ,well behaving staff specially , lots kind of food varieties
We completely felt like home here.

We stayed for 2 night in this hotel.Overall experience was excellent....
Nice clean room and very friendly staff made our stay very easy. Quite disappointed with TV but there housekeeping supervisor Mr. Bindash come and fixed that problem. Meny times we called to housekeeping.Every times they helped us.
Breakfast was very good with wide choice of food and some continental items would have made it better.
There Bar Irish Pub was very nice with a excellent service and ambience.
We enjoyed our stay in this hotel and we will try to visit again.
