We stayed here for 3 nights on October to visit Portaventura & FerrariLand. The room was basic but clean. Maybe could do with updating a little but wasnât an issue for us. We were on the ground floor & our patio door didnât lock which we shouldâve reported but we didnât so canât complain about that. We felt safe though. The hotel is perfect for visiting parks as theyâre all on same site. Staff were fine, very helpful. We had breakfast included which was a highlight! Excellent choice of food. We ate in restaurant on evenings too. There are no nearby shops but we did walk into Salou one evening & stocked up on drinks & snacks for the room. Overall, I would recommend & hope to go back one day.

Stayed at this hotel for a conference. The conference centre is first class - nice building and lovely location in the woods. Great that it is next door to the theme park too, which was actually really good. However - the attached hotel is awful. It is tired, it is dirty and it is lacking basic service. For the price it is really bad! . The hotel needs a lot of work to get it up to international standards. The rooms are so basic. Nothing is really provided in terms of drinks making, the rooms are stark, the cushions on the bed were stained and smelled, you can hear all the noise in the next rooms, the plastic cups in the bathroom were not replenished once we had used the first ones! Basic basic things!

stayed there with my wife and three kids in July the tittle to me sums up the experience loved the location very close to the park and ferrari land which were amazing but as the hotel it self I was not very impressed the rooms were not as modern as they should be it was very basic and not comfortable it is good that we had the parks to enjoy and to us that was the main thing and we had free access to the park that came with the reservation to me that is why the four stars next time i may look for other hotels in the area that offer the closeness and the access to the parks.

This review is for the hotel itself, although the theme parks are fantastic!!
We chose this hotel mainly for it's direct access to PortAventura theme park, it is a great location. We came on a Thomson / TUI package holiday in August 2017 and we were able to get a kids free place, which was a bonus. We were half board and found the food to be slightly above average.
The Positives
- Ideal location for PortAventura Park, Ferrari Land and Caribe Water Park. The hotel is literally right at the entrance to PortAventura
- Characters from the park such as Woody Woodpecker etc make regular appearances at the hotel grounds
- Nice large pool with plenty of loungers available
- Not too far from Barcelona for a day trip (We did a TUI trip, picked up by a coach from the roundabout near the hotel entrance)
- The hotel never seemed overly crowded
- Park tickets were included for PortAventura and discounted tickets for Ferrari Land and the Caribe Water Park. You can also get discount for the express passes which are well worth getting to avoid queues for rides.
The Negatives
- The hotel is in need of updating as it does look especially tired in some areas
- Many of the staff seem rude and unpleasant, especially those working on reception
We were glad we stayed here and did have a brilliant holiday, but if we return in future it would be nice if this hotel has been modernised.

We arrived late at night and was greeted by a lovely receptionist she explained everything to us and where all the amenities were , we were on the ground floor over looking the swimming pool room was very spacious and very clean it has a mini fridge , tv , the air con wasnât at its best it was stuck on 20 the whole stay and you couldnât turn it down but I was fine with that as it did turn chilly if night, thereâs a Italian restaurant canât comment as we didnât eat there , also a coffee shop which is very lovely and has great snacks for breakfast we had the buffet and it was great thereâs something for everyone, in the evening they have childrenâs disco but our son is to old I also noticed that they did face painting for the kiddies which I thought was great . They have a little shop but only really sell merchandise canât really get any food from there . All the staff are lovely and friendly I can honestly say it was a lovely 5 day break .
