After darshan n shivkhori we headed for Jammu it was long 4 hrs drive as twice our vehicle got punctured and what we were looking for was a nice clean cozy room but thatâs not what we got. We had booked 2 rooms out of which one was ok types but the other was terrible. Seeing the state of the room we asked for a change but to r surprise each n every room was booked. Every door of each room was in a bad state. Carpets in the room were worn out. Some had false flooring. It was a pocket friendly hotel to people u didnât want to spend much. If ur women traveling on ur own itâs a no no place. According to me not a place for family too. It was more of an inn for people who are out on marking etc official trip. Itâs a budget place. Food was good n staff also very cordial.

One of the oldest hotels in Jammu fell from the importance with coming up of new hotels. Still having maintained that old decorum in all areas of hotel business. All aspects from front office to room service are quite satisfactory.

I stayed with family three nights in the hotel. It is a good hotel. The best thing is the attitude and behaviour of the staff. They are very good persons. I would have given 5 stars out of 5 had bathrooms not been small.
The only concern is bath rooms space of bath rooms is small.
The room size is good, tables and chairs are avilble . you can work on your laptop comfortably. The rooms are having windows which allows flow of air. I would suggest the room in between the price upto 10000 or little more

the hotel is located in the heart of the market, however the experience was average. rooms were ok compared to the price we paid it should have been better. service was extremely poor, we did not get what we ask for and at times refused also for certain stuff.

An old hotel, which badly needs renovation. Location is very good. Convenient, right in main market with restaurants etc. available within walking distance. Away from crowd of Raghunath bazar, but walkable. Choice of restaurants nearby (Wazwan, KC hotel, MacD, coffee day etc).
Rooms are decent, but furniture and carpets bit run down. Bath/Toilets are also not upto 100% cleanliness mark.
Wifi is decent speed and attached restaurants serve decent food.
As with any other small town, mid end hotel, carry your own toiletries
Overall good value for money, especially as a number of sites offer this hotel at discounted prices.
