They don't have the same enthusiasm in treating guests as they used to have before.
One factor is that their concenteration may have diluted in their other venture.
Rooms are well maintained and clean.
Linen and bathrooms are clean.
Parking space is available.
Food is ok.
Rates are speculative just like equity market.

This review is primarily about the restaurant food. We stayed in adjoining TGH for 2 days which sadly server their food. Since we had arrived after a bus journey we decided to order food in the hotel itself. They served tasteless fried rice with peas in the name of hyd veg dum biryani.
Next morning since some of the restaurants in the street had not started serving, we unfortunnately again went to this one, ordered poha and parantha, poha was cold and void of taste. Parantha was again dismal. Dont eat here.

Pros:
The hotel location is good, right behind bus stop.
Rooms are very clean with huge bathroom.
Hotel staff is polite.
Very near to all bike rental stores.
Restaurant serves one of the best foods in Diu.
Cons:
Bit far from beaches
Cocktails & Mock-tails were not available in restaurant.

we have visit diu for 2 days and stay and stayed here for 1 night.. budget hotel for stay. room is small and average conditions. staff is good and helpful. hotel is in main city bazaar so not a good view. for solo traveler it was nice property to stay in less budget.

I stayed there with my family for two Nights, I have felt that with this price the service & standard was great, Room was just ok but bathroom & amenities are great. I have enjoyed the stay at Prince, I had met with Mr. Chandan also he treated me like a friend. thanks, Mr. Chandan
