Broke our journey here but this is not an appropriate stopover for the sophisticated traveller . The apartment rooms are large and clean but fringe the pools which are open from 0900-2100 . The breakfast is passable but only served between 0800-1000 . The main attraction of Peniscola is the Castillo just 800ms away passing a good lavenderia and supermarket . Parking is 10euros / day

The room i had was having a comfortable size. I had a balkony and a small kitchen.
The room was clean and staff at reception and the Restaurant was very friendly.
The quality of the Food in the Restaurant was in my opinion not very high. But for shure this can be improved.
The Hotel is having several pools in good conditions.
During my visit theire was mainly familys with smaller children

We stayed in this hotel for just over a week. The apartment we stayed in was nice. Big balcony, large bed and an excellent bathroom. All the facilities worked fine: cooker, microwave, fridge etc. They have 2 outdoor swimming pools and a small gym. The staff were very friendly. Location was good too. Only 10-15 mins walk to the beach and old town area. Price was also reasonable. There was lots to eat for breakfast but the range wasn't that good. Limited fruit available, no cooked items. It all got a bit samey after a while. There may have been a communication mix up but we were sure we were not made aware of a â¬4 per day charge for the safety deposit box. News of this was quite a shock to us. As a suggestion it would be good to put a notice on the box or in the room somewhere so future customers are aware. On the whole though we enjoyed our stay. Thank you very much.

Located on the roundabout of CV141/Avenida Irlanda the hotel is very easy to find with underground parking charged at â¬10 per day. For our liking the hotel was too remote from the bar/café life, beaches and of course El Cid's castle. We chose half board and enjoyed the evening buffet although the food could have been hotter but the breakfast was a little disappointing (orange juice deplorable).
Overall the apartment was of a very good standard, massive comfortable bed, great kitchen with a lovely balcony overlooking the 3 pools.
Would recommend the hotel although Peniscola was not our scene!

This is an apartment hotel so you have the advantage of some cooking facilities in your room. The room we had had a large bedroom and living room with sofa which converted into a double bed. Room has microwave, sink, cutlery and 2 cooking rings. Also large balcony. Hotel has 3 pools which are cleverly located in the centre of the hotel so very quiet. The hotel is about 400m from main beaches, don't let the first 200m put you off it just not the main tourist part of the town. It is also a short walk from the fantastic old town. Staff are very friendly and helpful.
