The hotel was booked by a travel agency, looked decent when we checked online. To our disappointment 1. the staff were inhospitable and rude 2. Rooms were damp and sheets were stained 3. Room heaters were overcharged at Rs.400 per night 4. The plug points werenât working (had to charge our phones in the bathroom) 5. Food was horrible ( for breakfast all they served was bread and jam)ð
Luckily we had to endure this only for the night as we left as soon as we could ð

Third class is more better than no Hot water, no wash basin water, super delux room most expensive room
Staff is with rubbish language even 20yrs waiter Akhil in abusing languages with us and manager. Force to leave us at 9:00 eve no sorry no excuse from Hotel

i as a good time sPent there..No hidden charges.Good service ...weather makes it much more romantic for couples.
very good atmosphere less pollution.
It covers almost eery near by destinations just n a day..

Very good place to stay in. Friendly staff, delicious food, parking facility. Overall it was great. Its near to all the attractions of Shimla. If you don't have your conveyance hotel will arrange it for you without any hidden charges and can provide you a guide as well if you want which is great.

Not value for the high charges asked. Not in a good location. your own vehicles are not allowed in that area. too far from mall road. my room had a big family of red bum mischievous monkeys staying above my roof who kept dancing all night and disturbing us and hotel manager lied saying there were cats and rats. next morning the monkey family entered our room and picked stuff .
images are misguiding. roofs are leaking. no room cleaning in your entire stay. bathrooms are small. should not be more than 500 rs per day and they are charging 3500- 4000 per day.
