This is one of the beat hotels near the market .its very budget friendly.its about 1500 rs per night for four persons in winter.with breakfast complimentary.room is good its neat and clean room.bed is very soft .view from balcony is also very good. But the bathroom doesn't having the exhaust which is quite bad i think. And yes you can not get hot water for taking bath at amy time you can get that only at mornings. And we were stayed in room no 107 in that one too is making a lot of unwanted noice otherwise it's Good overall.

Wanted to thank team Rahi Plaza for the wonderful stay my family and i had in your hotel.This was my first trip to your hotel and i must admit that it was a very wonderful and satisfactory stay with a cooperative and polite staff around . Your rooms were very clean and comfortable with sanitized bathrooms.Food was very delightful and par excellence.I could not have asked for more.The convinient location of your hotel is also praiseworthy..Everything was wonderful..Thank you so much for making my vacation memorable..

Hotel is decent and looks overpriced when you book through travels. The hotel offers package deal with stay meal and travel where they do not mentioned what is applicable and what is not applicable. But we can say it's travel agency's misguiding and not hotels fault. If you want to do decent stay it's better place right in the market. Staff is very polite. Rooms are average , clean , washroom was clean. But room service lack in stuff like changing towels and providing soaps and shampoos without asking. Also tap water is provided and bottled water is given on request which is quite strange. Common toilets are not maintained properly and first impression goes wrong when you check in and wait for available room.
Apart from all these problems one can enjoy the stay because of helping staff and beauty of mahabaleshwar.

Situated right in the middle of Mahabaleshwar Market this hotel offers a fairly low level stay as compared to the price they charge. Pros of Hotel - 1.Humble & Co-operative Staff, 2.Location & Accessibility.
Cons - 1. Bad Housekeeping, 2.Rooms and property are nowhere close to what is shown in pictures, 3.Food in the restaurant is ok ok, 4.Cleanliness in the kitchen is also bad, 5. High Price, 6.No Lift, 7.Dirty bed linens and smelly blankets
If at all i would have had the option to change my booking i would have surely shifted to another hotel

Very nice place.. the staff is very cooperative . I loved the food they serve at there restaurant Rahi Shivsagar. I always visit this place whenever I go to mahabaleshwar. Will definitely recommend others to visit.
