I stayed there for one night. No communication information available in the room, neither room service number or reception number was mentioned in the room. Food served was average. Cleaning staff was not available. rooms lock was old fashioned and has no automation feature and need to manually lock the door. No value for money. Is just an average.

My stay was pathetic. Room was so unclean, so many cockroaches in the washroom, inside the cupboard, it was already so untidy when I checked in.
The receptionist named Akash was so rude and mannerless. I recommend NO ONE to choose this hotel. No value for money.

The maintenance of
the hotel is extremely poor. The door handle from outside the bathroom is broken and as per the CGM OF THIS HOTEL this is persistent in all the rooms. Hence bathroom door remain open from outside as there is no handle to close it. There are COCKROACHES IN the room and linen is dirty

Firstly the bathroom door handles from the outer side is missing and as per CGM this prevalent in all rooms which is quite shameful. Moreover, there are COCKROACHES IN the room and the linen is very dirty with stains and patches throughout. Basically the maintenance of the hotel is horrible. Except for CGM and GM the staff is highly incompetent.

Well built facility. Poor service and upkeep. Cracked and chipped cups, unclean restaurant. bad food. Poor response on service. all persons in housekeeping, service claimed that they were new.Room not set up for guest in spite of advance booking. manager was polite but ineffective. later on carrying out a survey from local shops heard that the staff was reduced and underpaid(hearsay)
