A decent budget hotel near to ghats and away from late night hustle. Newest addition is the pool and the rooms are clean and basic food menu at restaurant.
Ask for the room near terrace to enjoy city view.
A very modest hotel

Don't be taken in by the pictures, the hotel is far more modest than the photos suggest. The rooms are adequate, the service is minimal, and you end up paying too much for not much. The staff is ambivalent and the place needs a lot of work and love before it's worthy of visitors.
Very Bad Experience at this Wanabe Haveli

Very old buulding and yes I know the difference between haveli and old poorly maintained building. Paints falling from the walls. Bathrooms in bad shape. Loose fixtures in bathrooms. Horrific batheoom. One small bulb in bathroom. Broken and shady door of bathroom. No Parking in this premises, they make your car parked on the road and specifically asks you to park anywhere, if place is found by us. Asked them quilts as visited on 24.12.2017 peak winter season and I was told that they have distributed all in the other rooms so we were left with thin blankets. Open drainage alongwith the wanabe haveli. One or two people in the name of staff is there. Actually there is no management. TV in the room doesnt work and it is also of vintage time lile big box tv. No food in the premises, lies are published that they have rooftop restaurant. Very bad experience. I heard the similar reviews from the other people staying on the same old stinky property on the same date as well. Pls stay away from this hotel !
Disgusting.

Rooms: Expensive. Stinky blankets. Loud Ac behind a curtain in a "super deluxe" room. The faucet in the bathroom is broken (was broken in both the rooms that we stayed). The bed was not stable and very loud. No toiletries supply. Badly locked door.
Location: Took me an hour to find it. Located in a small street with open drains.
Food: I wasn't very "Fortunate" enough to try the food because the restaurant was closed for the two days we stayed.
Staff: barely any.
Service: sucks.
I DO NOT recommend anybody to stay at this hotel. I couldn't sleep for both the days I stayed there.
Charming hotel close to the city palace

The hotel is charming and the staff is very nice. When we were there, they were building a swimming pool in the backyard. Even though there was no wifi in the rooms, the owner was hospitable and let us into his house so we can use the internet. Very good overall experience, I definitely recommend it.
