The only good thing about this hotel is its location. Its just 2 mins walk from Raja Seat. Warm drinking water is provided in a plastic Bisleri bottle. Ask for it at 7 am and you won't get it. The bathroom fixtures were falling apart. There is dampness in the rooms and stairs. In short, very poorly managed hotel.

3 attempts to get a twin room. Room itself comfortable but in poor repair. Former leisure area at back of hotel now overgrown. Paid for bed & breakfast, but breakfast never materialised - although non-residents were allowed into the restaurant for breakfast, we (as residents who had paid) were denied access. Perhaps because we were foreigners?

We did not have any choice at the peak season, so opted for this hotel. This is very near to raja seat which is the only advantage. Service, Rooms is just poor. Never expected such experience in so much price.

I had stayed in the same hotel in 2012 and it was really a good hotel. Accommodation, food everything was excellent then. Now recently, I booked the same hotel and had a very bad experience. Room service is not available anymore for lunch and dinner. I had booked the suite room and had also made the payment in advance. But I was given a super deluxe room upon arrival. Though they do have a restaurant in their hotel, but their service and quality of food is not that great.

good location but very poor service, smell from rooms, damp rooms, dirty and old bath rooms, rough staff, we book rooms@1000 per room, i think rent per days as per room condition @ rs 400 max. we stay on 26 sept 2016, dont stay not recomended
