The price is too expensive for what you get, the wifi costs money, ther is no hot water only in morning time until 9 am , the room is not clean i recommend not go to this hotel , in half price can i get the same.

I stayed as a family booking done for 9 rooms.
Room size was ok.
A/C remote was not working making me shiver as it started automatically whenever key was inserted. Since there was no switch to shut it off, had to call for assistance to switch off same.
Flush on toilet was not working properly.
People were friendly.
Room service was good bringing coffee ordered within reasonable time. However, Sugar was brought in a pouch separately without a spoon or stirrer for mixing. Had to wait for spoon for sometime.
The fact that it is not far off from train station and old part of Bangalore city shopping areas, may be an advantage.
Could surely be managed better.

I have been utilising this place for my transit stay since 1993. Ideal location to visit any part of town & easy connectivity to other towns (train, buses etc). In house South Indian restaurant is marvellous. Most of the rooms newly renovated. Worth for money we pay. I consider this as extra service at budget teriff. Ideally suited for international bag packers & business/family stay. My family always enjoyed to stay here & safer too.

Excellent location, friendly/smiling staff. Newly renovated rooms offer all basic necessities for a comfortable stay.
They can improve on certain areas.
1. Washroom can have much better showers
2. Bed can be some more comfortable
3. Blankets, instead of two single blankets they should provide one single double blanket.

I stayed in this hotel for two nights in May 2015. The rooms are not neat clean and in a poor condition. The location is convenient but busy.Very very old furniture.hotel is located in majistic area of bangalore which is plus point of the hotel. but its costly, foods are not good, limited menu. rooms are small, bathroom were not so clean. overall good
