The rooms are not as those shown in photographs. The towels and bed sheet provided were damp. The towels had holes in it. There is no proper ventilation. The room rate charged was a bomb compared to the services offered

We stayed here for 1 night on 14th Aug. Our mistake was, we didn't check the rooms before checkin. Rooms are stinking very badly. Room and bathroom are in very bad shape. No spray with comod, no bulb for dressing table, bathroom doors and room walls are leaving color. They are cheating with the customer with this high price.

not what you expect. the prices charged to you are a bomb & the services are not worth. The rooms are small & alot of mosquitoes in the room. No proper hygiene maintained by the hotel staff. The staff is also not bothered about the guests.

We stayed here for one day, since another hotel had accidentally overbooked. The rooms were below average, bathrooms are rundown and the food was of a poor quality, infested with cockroaches. The management is negligent and doesn't care a damn. Please stay away from this place.

The place is situated within Satara. Has average rooms and very few amenities. The upkeep is also quite average. The most appalling part of the stay was the food served. During lunch we found a dead cockroach in our food and alerted the hotel staff, they simply replaced the dish. Next morning we found a live cockroach in the buffet breakfast. On bringing the same to notice of the supposed manager, all he was able to say was you can pen a complain in our complain book. The staff has very poor response to such serious customer complains . Travelers looking for basic hygiene should think twice before booking here.
