Excellent Hotel very well situated for links to the Metro and only a 30 minute walk to the centre .... staff were superb and recommended some great places to visit and also to eat in at night .... breakfastâs were also excellent... highly recommended

We stayed at the hotel for four days. The room was perfect, and the service was excellent. The employees were so friendly. We loved our stay at the hotel! And if we are going to Lisbon again, we will book this hotel again.

We stayed here for a 4 day visit to Lisbon. Hotel was gorgeous, huge bedroom which was comfortable and spotlessly clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Really close to the Metro so very accessible for all parts of the city. We booked through booking.com and got a really great deal on the price. Would happily have paid more. Hotel had bar, wine bar, restaurant and health suite, so very well equipped. Would definitely stay there again. All the staff were great, but David on reception deserves a special mention.

I went to Lisbon with friends to celebrate my birthday. The staff were friendly and helpful on our arrival and throughout our stay. I was surprised with a bottle of bubbly and cake on my birthday which was a nice touch. A special mention needs to go to Rudolph and Sonia who work in the Wine bar. They were excellent and professional and very friendly. However we stumbled across the Wine bat by accident as it isn't that well advertised or sign posted. The hotel would get better use of it if it was. The only downside of the restaurant was the time we were waiting for our food. When it arrived the main was delicious but the vegetables and potatoes were cold. They were replaced without any problems but it did put a bit of a dampener on what was a birthday meal. I would definitely return to this hotel to continue exploring the city which is beautiful.

Situated near the centre..our room was located on the reception level, not ideal.
there were works in progress in the street they do not facilitate the sleep.
the concierge barely responds to the greeting.
Not a five star.
