When I notice i loss something in a uber car, the desk clerk help me find the driver number, and their manager take me to the police,and finally the uber driver sent my baggage to here. The hotel staff and the manager helped a lot ,thank u very much, namaste

Very nice hotel.Staff very cooperative.Harsh at reception very good man.Bathroom little small.Rooms are comfortable.Air conditioners need replacement not good have almost stayed in 10 rooms.Airconditioner needs serious thinking.

Weâve been here twice within our trip in India from 12 to 26 Jan and weâd like everything here.
Location is good near to airport and many restaurant nearby, close to train station as well.
Breakfast differs in everyday, and there is chief cooking wonderful omelet!
In room dining is good as well.
The most wonderful is staffs in this hotel.
Staff at the door, at the Fo, dining area, etc.
Thank you for creating wonderful memory in my India journey.

Any floor but the first would be best. Rooms 101 and 102 can here all the clatter from the kitchen - tried closing the hallway door to no avail (Tip: run the air conditioning all night to drown out the noise). Room was clean and comfortable (view not existent). Not far from Khar Road Station and Mumbai University. Shower was clean - on the small side, but fine. Breakfast buffet was included; breakfast cereals, indian dishes, fruit salad - from the three breakfast that I ate there was some variation is the dishes. The kitchen does a good job.
Wifi worked, was free and of good quality.
The transfer to international airport at 6am was outstanding. Very efficient.
Staff are fine as well - not rude or unpleasant.
If needing to fly from Mumbai again and need accommodation, this hotel will do fine (floor 2 or above).

I chose the Regal Enclave for an overnight stay principally because of its proximity to the airport. It took 25 mins from the airport in a taxi around 7.30pm, and 15 mins for the complimentary transfer back the following morning after breakfast.
The hotel was keenly priced and the room was clean and tidy. WiFi was okay, and there was enough drinking water for two people. Breakfast was quite simple but adequate.
The hotel is around 10-15 mins walk from the bars and restaurants of Bandra West, so it was the ideal location for a stopover.
