Well located hotel, great price, outstanding customer service and host. We were visiting from Canada, our first time in Kolkata, the hotel provided an amazing tour and really went our of their way to accommodate us. Extraordinary!

Nice location, very close to the big Temple (remember, they close at 11 am and reopen at 4.30 pm). Shops, banks, ATM, close to the city centre.
Nice outfit, really good 3*. Good quality/price ratio. Very clean, nice furniture.
Indian breakfast, but you can easily get also omelette or toasts in case you donât like the local cousine.
But the most valuable here is the hotel staff- kind and friendly, they can easily adjust to your needs and organise things for you. Airport transfer at reasonable price?- easy. Other needs, not easy for you when you are the stranger in India-are easy for them.
100% flexible, smiling really helpful.
I do sincerely recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel with affordable prices . Tapas the manager gives excellent service , meets our requests for breakfast , and smiles lots . Breakfast simple and cooked piping hot . The scrambled eggs tasty .A great way to start the day ð

I booked two rooms as this was advised as a premium OYO hotel and near to where I was visiting in Kolkata. The rooms and the bathrooms were dingy and very small (just about fits the bed). The bathroom didn't have proper drainage and water used to get collected after you take a bath. The cupboards were dusty as well. I specifically asked for kettle for boiling water which was rusted and very poor quality. I asked for replacement and what I got was equally bad. The only saving grace was the better than average breakfast and the kitchen service. I'm still wondering how OYO calls this property premium. Definitely not worth the money.

its a basic bed and breakfast and nothing very great about it. rooms are average.
Service is on a poor side and rooms are never given on time. They dont even feel the need to keep rooms ready on time.
Frankly I will stay somewhere else next time
