We spent the night of the 31st of December in this hotel. There was a mistake in our booking which mentioned that breakfast was included, even though the hotel doesn't serve breakfast on the 1st of January. The receptionist still did everything possible to get and serve us breakfast which we really appreciated. The hotel itself is quiet, clean, and we had a decent-sized room with a huge and comfortable bed. It's conveniently located, walking distance from the city centre.

Stayed here for one night at the room was lovely, clean, and spacious. Included a kettle and tea/coffee free of charge and a desk where you could do some work. Also, the hotel was in an excellent location - right next to several take-away shops, a grocery store (with a small gluten free section - great as I am gluten free. It is called Bio here) and a minute walk from the tram stop. Would stay here again if I come to Brussels again. Thank you!

The location of this hotel is great. It takes around 15 minutes to get to the centre of Brussels but there are many shops to make the walk seem better. There are lots of shops around the hotel for supplies as well. When we checked in the staff were lovely and we were given a room on the top floor. It was an attic room with a sloped roof which was a little problematic being very tall, but I only managed to hit my head once! The room was spotless and a good size. There is a fridge with free water, and good tea and coffee facilities. The bathroom was lovely, with a big powerful shower and a great make-up mirror. There were earplugs provided, probably because it's in the middle of the city, but I didn't have any problems sleeping. The only thing I can say is that the room was absolutely boiling!! Even with the temperature turned down, it was still insanely warm. Better than being cold though! We had to have the windows open the whole time. My only other issue was that there was no full-length mirror in the room, but that's a minor problem. I would recommend staying here as the location is good and it was great value. Really not that far to the centre at all. Maybe the rooms on the lower floors aren't as warm as the attic rooms so I may request one of those if we stay here again. Brussels is an amazing city and I'd love to come back!

Stayed here for 4 nights for our anniversary. Nice enough room, tastefully decorated. Bathroom fine although toilet roll holder broken and shower head needed a good clean! Luckily there was a smaller shower head which we used instead. No bath. Bedsheets were not changed during our stay, however housekeeping were in daily. We did not book b&b we were room only, however the smell in the mornings were amazing!! There is however a small shop below the hotel selling everything! So we bought pastries, eggs, AMA & cheeses and had our own continental breakfast for half the price. Overall nice enough hotel and would stay here again for the price.

Stayed one night at this hotel . Room was large, clean and had everything you'd need. The reception is small but staff friendly and pleasant. Did not try the 15 euro breakfast. I rated it average as no "good" rating on here. Just would not go as far as rating it very good.
