Dirty, unfixed hotel in Agra. Bathroom terrible, nothing was working.
Room small, ok but bed was poor, bedclothes felt dirty and the staff made loud noise in the reception between themselves very late in the night. They carried breakfast to the room: every morning at wrong time, not the ordered time. Never reserve this hotel!

Room was very dirty with no wifi, cable, or hot water. Ac was glitchy and rooms were small and congested. There were no windows in our room and when mentioned all above problems they did not allow us to change rooms. They gabe us one on the first floor and were very loud all night makong it hard to rest. Ordered food at night and when falling asleep they knocked to pay the bill. We asked to pay next day and they said not possible but we said we didnt have the cash on us so it wasnt possible to pay now Only then did they leave. Staff was kind but not helpful. Wouldnt stay here again.

Myself and my girlfriend stayed here, The staff were friendly but that is about the only positive thing I have to say. Our room had not been cleaned before arrival, neither had our shower room - random hairs all over. Sheets had stains, pillows so old and disgusting we chose to use our clothes instead. The wifi only works in the tiny reception were there seems to be at least 3 staff members just lounging around at all times, one even slept in here on the couch at night time meaning the use of internet is further restricted. Walls also appeared to have mould on them despite the building appearing to be relatively new, Basic cleanliness and hygiene are NOT a priority to those who run this establishment. The free breakfast consists of 4 slices of toast and tea/coffee, the pot that the tea arrived in looked as though it had not been cleaned in days, certainly not before it was given to us. I think the pictures should say all that is necessary.

Dirty as hell, no wifi(they say they have), lights often doesn't work. Plus, they call just a few slice of bread "breakfast".

From check in to check out "Disaster", we looked at the room before we checked in and we're assured that everything was in good working order ! After agreeing to stay we checked in and tried to settle in ,, Tv & cable didn't work ( we were told someone cut the main cable &could not be fixed )Air con - didn't work , lights that constantly flickered , No wi-fi , no facilities for guest ,( bar / restaurant ect ) no hot water !! The list went on !! Our complaints fell on deaf ears & were LAUGHED OFF !
Do yourself a favour & DO NOT , stay here !!
