We went to Puri on 29th September, and booked 3 rooms. 1st. The room service is poor as the leftovers of the previous occupants were not cleaned before lodging. 2nd, non responsive attitude after several complaints in cleaning and maintenance of flush which was not working. Food quality below average. Choice of breakfast were limited and servicing was poor.
Overall not the type we hoped for and definitely not recommended.

Our family had visited Puri in November 2017. They stayed in this hotel for 6 nights. The manager, Sushant Das was very courteous and was always happy to help. Special thanks to Himanshu in room service. The room no. was 204, 205, 206 and 207. We recommend this hotel to all family members and not at all heavy in the pocket

We with group of friends visited Puri from 23 DEC to 25 DEC 2013-we took dinner at rockbay but nothing was special; rates were too high but taste was no much more; only food to time pass-no delicious food-only time pass but if you have no option at late night you may try-thank you-

Myself Gopal Chettri from Sikkim , I stayed in that on 108th Jan 1night room is ok bnu not clean...the hotel service is very poor ....ac is not working we took 4 room both the ac was not working ....i will not suggest anybody to use this hotel ....

I stayed with my spouse and son for 1 night on 15th December 2014. Hotel staff and room was good but service was poor. Need to improve room service and restaurant service. Overall average hotel to stay.
