I stayed in this hotel recently for 8 nights. I had selected this hotel from many on the internet and I was happy that I chose this hotel. The hotel is close from the airport, just 10 minutes by car or even less by train. The people at the reception lobby are helpful and courteous, just as all the Japanese people are. This is a no-fuss hotel. You get free help-yourself coffee just near the lifts. My room rates were breakfast-included and I was happy that I did so. The breakfast spread was awesome! The rooms were a bit small but that is the way in most of the Japanese hotels. The Public Bath at the basement was very good. The best part of this hotel is its location. The hotel is situated just across the road from the Hakata Station and the Hakata City Mall. You get all kinds of transport that you would want to go anywhere in Japan. Overall, I was very satisfied with this hotel and would highly recommend.

It is located really close to Hakata Station and shopping mall. The price is quite good for me. As typical japan hotel, the room is really...really small. Clean Bathroom. The hotel provide free slopes and genji, also free wifi. And free access to public bath located in the basement. The food was average. The staffs were quite friendly, and the bed was nice.

The only good thing is this hotel is really close to JR station. Just across the bridge from the hotel, you will find a building with McDonald in the first floor and a huge 100 yen store in the 5th floor. The large bath is not that impressive compare to Dormy Inn. The breakfast is adequate. The twin room is not much bigger than the double room except it has two beds instead of one. Should have saved the four thousand yen to buy stuff rather than stayed in a twin room.

Room is small but typical of Japan Hotel. Great location but could be a bit hard to find if you don't take the correct exit out of the train station.
Breakfast is basic but adequate. I actually like Hakata Miyako Hotel better.
My friend has to literally beg for two room keys. I found it very odd.

We chose this hotel because of its convenient location next to JR station, good breakfast spread and the onsen. We were not disappointed. The buffet breakfast was satisfying and the menu changed daily. There was more than enough to eat, and you must go early if you want to avoid the crowd. The onsen is small but comfortable, but it is a bit inconvenient for ladies because for security reasons, you can only enter the Females Onsen with the access card; you need to get the access card from the 1F front desk, and then ake the lift to the basement where the onsen is located. If you choose not to change your towels, they will also offer a complimentary bottle of drink of your choice (water/green tea), though it was not offered to us maybe because we were foreigners and they do not know how to explain it to us in English? The rooms were what we expected of business hotels in Japan, clean and basic. We would stay here again if we visit Fukuoka next time.
