I had made an online booking for 3 nights for December 2017, paid half amount online but plan got cancelled and I had informed them in advance more than a month before which they acknowledged and I was assured that transfer will be done soon and they assured to do paytm transfer but till date, I haven't got any refund neither they are picking up calls. Mr. Yasar was in touch for this refund. I don't want to give them even a single rating............it's pathetic customer service and I won't ever book this hotel for my future trip and won't even refer to anyone. Infact, will tell others to be cautious about this property as if this is the customer service reg. refund, I am horrified to think about their service if someone stays at this hotel :(:(

location is pretty good. Food was very good about 6 months ago. But now Food quality can be improved upon. the Items served in the meals are hot. service is good staff is very good and friendly and helpful.

as the name says, the hotel is literally royal for the price tag offered . the only issue is that it is built in the main city , hence difficult to visit during traffic hours via car. else one can easily go for the amazing services offered.

I have stay in hotel royal for one night. It was very comfortable stay for me. I really impressed with the service provided by them. Staff was very helpful and very honest. Room was large enough for two persons to stay. All amenities were perfect in hotel. One plus point of this hotel is it's location.

I stayed in this hotel for 2 dyas. It's budget hotel . But furniture n rooms need much improvements furniture lost its shine some dust also there on that .but service is good you no need to wait for longer it's approximately take hardly 5-10 mins to get you your order.
