A Beautiful Hotel once you step in, else outside road is Madness mayhem as is every everywhere in Kanpur(But that's the beauty of Kanpur: Systematized Chaos)! The Ambiance is wonderful and the decor is lovely. Well maintained property, with Lovely rooms and a very cooperative staff. The Rooms are spacious and the Sleep value is very good. The Toiletries are also very good and you can ask for anything that is lacking. Well connected to all parts of the city. The Food in the Restaurant is very good and the Buffet Breakfast in the morning is filling and sumptuous! All in all a fantastic stay!

Had a brief stay at Hotel Bliss
Itâs location is ideal, what with Moti Jheel right in front of the hotel where a evening stroll did me good.
The dinner was excellent and backed by a good service with pleasant faces around us.

Need to do something about the lift going down to the basement parking - Dirty to the point of being Unhygienic !
Have not given it a 5-star rating bcoz of the lift !

It is certainly the best hotel in the Kanpur city. I stay in this hotel regularly almost every month. I find the reception manager Mr Sheldon Ross is very cut cs and accommodative.
The hotel has a swimming pool spa gym and a business centre

I had stayed here for a night on a business trip. As such hotel is good but bed mattress & pillows are little clumsy. Pillows were big & very thick so I had to roll towel under my head as pillow. Toiletries were very limited. No bathroom slipper. While entering the hote you need to climb down many stairs which may be a real challange for elderly & differently able persons.
