Gorgeous hotel, staff very nice, rooms spotless, clean linen and towels daily, which is not necessary, a good variety of food to suit all tastes and ages, only complaints I have are the Wi-fi far to expensive at â¬5 per day, no in house entertainment other than staff, who havenât got a clue, and the dining room is far to small for the amount of guests going through the doors, tables not being cleared fast enough, people having to sit at tables with the previous guests dirty plates, waiting for them to be removed, other than that a lovely walk to beach, train runs from town to town at the back of hotel, if u want to go shopping, this hotel is situated in a lovely quiet area, if Iâm honest, I wonât return again, nothing against the hotel, I enjoyed the break, the restaurant and entertainment let the place down, this hotel clearly takes in enough cash to pay for outside entertainment, worth thinking about royal costa !!!!!

Booked 3 separate rooms for our break.
On the last night the hotel gave a room key card to a drunk male guest to one of our rooms. The said guest subsequently ruined our friends room.
The hotel's response was a catalogue of rudeness, incompetence and no real apology , No security in place when I asked, still flaggasted how a woman's information can be given to a complete stranger. Holiday ruined and we left vowing never to return.

Having just stayed at the Royal costa,for 3 night.The place is immaculately cleaned,good staff,especially Jaun on the bar.Food is lovely.Really really nice,lots to choose from.All inclusive deal was very good.Shame no WIFI available anywhere unless you paid â¬5 per day(far too much)Rooms were very clean,but needed to be decorated,shame let the rest of hotel down.Staff,cleaners,surroundings,excellent.We have already booked to return!!!

i stayed here with my 2 grandaughters aged 11 and 12 last week in october till first week november this year 2017
the travel agent had asked for a shower only and i got one but over the bath im disabled and my grand daughters had to help me climb into the bath to shower.
the hotel was spotless.staff very friendly.bed made every day with clean towels put in
the reception staff helped me sort out my return shuttle pick up by ringing them for me
the hotel was full with spanish people as they get half price holidays in the winter.and most of them was very rude
we had to pay 25 euros for wifi as my grand children couldnt live with out there phones
food well lets say if you like fish or pasta then your ok the breakfast wasnt bad as you could get fried or scrambled eggs
i asked the entertainment staff if they was doing anything for halloween as there was plenty of young children staying in the hote; and was told no but they would hang some things up but nothing happened
if i did go back than i wouldnt take children with me as there was a lot of topless sun bathers

Just come back from october school holiday stay.
Arrived 9.30pm at night check in painless.
Had corner room quite nice roomy, was cleaned and new towels every day, only one pillow as with most hotels we folded ours double was going to asked for an extra when we came back maid had left another without asking excellent service.
One thing about room only one plug socket in bathroom meaning we could only ever charge one phone at a time they need more.
Food started out ok but got worse had to eat out a couple of nights staff in restaurant let plates stack up on your table and wait until you finish to clear this needs changing and more staff would not go amiss.
Pool bar ok but there a 40 ish year old woman skinny black hair she needs sacking she speaks to you like something on the bottom of your shoe shouted at me as i asked for drink with no ice and she put ice in i asked for another with no ice, shouted at wife for taking 5 seconds between asking for drinks and reduced our child to tears for changing her mind ie orange please no sorry can i have a lemonade, i reduced a star off the review just for her.
A lift kept breaking down meaning you walk to top floor or wait a long time.
Wifi price a joke.
Location not bad out of way a little 10 minute walk to beach, handy for train into torri itself as this is los alamos.
For a cheap break its ok we enjoyed our stay mostly would not go back as we go on holiday to relax and not abused by staff.
