Never visit this place with families . We have lodged a complaint with staff at reception on 6th January morning around 7 oâclock about staff misbehaviour . It happened for the second time in our two visits to ROYAL PARK.

The Royal Park hotel has a wide variety of rooms for the guests, including the business rooms, residency rooms, classic rooms, queen suites and king suites. The rooms are well furnished and are extremely spacious. All the rooms are equipped with Wi-Fi facility, colour television, safe, tea/coffee maker and other basic needs.

The hotel's USP is the big large spacious rooms at a budget price especially if you book through some of the travel sites. The hotel is centrally located in the city and rooms are clean and well maintained. Facilities and service are also good. But one issue was that they kept insisting to settle the room service / restaurant bills immediately and not at check-out. After much argument, they agreed to allow me to settle it at check-out. This is strange and not customer friendly considering that this is a big hotel. The food is quite average except for the biryani, which was excellent. Breakfast buffet has good variety and is quite good. Wifi speed is not good and quite inconsistent. Considering the price, it may be a good deal.

The staff are very efficient and curtious, the hotel was very clean and was in a good location, I only ate in two of the restaurants, and the food is fine if you like local cuisine, but it was not to my taste, after months of curry on a vessel.
