Helpful, efficient staff. Comfortable rooms. Excellent restaurant & relaxing bar. Perfect location within walking distance of Rock Fort & other major attractions, away from busy Trichy Junction. Excellent shopping area.

Receptionist was so rude he wanted to see my indian Visa. He literally started going through all the pages of my passport. Been to many countries, stayed in many hotels. Never faced this. I'm not going to add more details because I'll never recommend this hotel to anyone

A well located hotel for the bazaar and Rock Fort. It also has a good bar in the basement which is actually quite stylish. However, the room we had (and it was a free upgrade) was tired, dull and the bathroom was horrible, it needed a really good clean. We had a first horrendous night with a large group who let their children run amok all night while the hotel staff did nothing. The second night was better but the management kept their heads down all day - no grand apologies! If you can find somewhere else in this location - go there.

Hard to tell anything positive about this place accept the fact that it is very near to the good shopping area of Tiruchirappalli. The rooms are small and sometimes smiley and you can also occasionally see some Cockroaches running around. More so this rooms need a complete revamp as there is a lot of rush and Movement in this place. Lot of floating population do come and stay in this place but the maintenance is really bad. Food is average. The breakfast is usually served. The breakfast is ok and does not qualified to rank high. During my stay I had to change my room because of cockroach is running around on the beds and walls. But on an average it is near to the best areas of Tiruchirappalli.

Stayed just for a night. Hotel is in a very good location. Very small rooms with horrible service. Restaurant is totally hopeless. Dishes served cold and the restaurant manager said it remained hot till 7.45 am !!!! (we had our breakfast at 09.45 am and people were entering even when we left).
