We went to hotel Ruby on 31st december 2017, and that too after a dangerous road accident (from Bikaner - Jaipur road). When we went it was 9 pm, (the location was diffclt bt thanx to google map) the manager and other staff knowing we had an accident, and with 19 adulta and 4 kids, didnt allow us to go rooms unless we provided them the passports. So we gave them and asked to go to rooms to freshen meanwhile they can complete the formalities so we come down for dinner. The manager didnt allow us, and asked for visa. We told we are from Maldives, and we need no visa to come to India. He thought we were lying and called another 2 people and clarified it. Meanwhile the 23 people were crowded at the lobby. After 1 hour at the counter lobby we went to rooms and later came down for dinner. Dinner was good. Next morning our schedule was fixed to check out at 9 am and sightseeing in Jaipur and leave to Agra at 1 pm (due to extensive fog, our driver recommended to leave at 1 pm ) but then brkfast was ready at 9.30 am (the person we asked for brekfast said it wasnt ready although it was ready ina different place in the hotel, which we didnt know why) when we all came down to check out at 9.30 they didnt allow us to checkout. They withheld our 23 passports and told they are completing some formalities. So we waited until 10 am and asked again. Again they said they are completing some formalities. ( by then some of our members were in the bus, and all luggage loaded) when we asked at 10.30 am they said the same. We told we were running out of time and need to leave jaipur at 1 after sightseeing. But they gave a deaf ear and didnt give the passports saying "formalities" when we called our agency and complained abt the hotel they called back the hotel and asked to give our psrts. But they didnt give. When we lost our mind, and shouted at them they said the agency didnt complete the payment. They also agreed because it was new year, there was a jam in bank. They knew the money was deposited yet they havent received 8000rs. We begged for the passports to leave the hotel to go to sightseeing, and it wasnt our fault in the jamming and bank, as we have paid the full payment for the trip to tge agency. After 10.45 am they received 8000rs and again said gst 2000 is still pending. At 11 am when all transactions were completed they gave our passports. Our complain was we were guests we paid the agency. The hotel knew they will receive the money as they have already received the huge amount of advance as well. But because of new year eve, and bank problem we were penalized, and ruined our plan in Jaipur.. we left straight for Jaipur to Agra at 11.30 without any sightseeing. More diffucult was the rude behaviour of the guy in the counter. I wish i knew his name... didnt know what "saarc countries" are. No general knowledge abt saarc visa. No humanity for kids. No respect to senior citizens (4 Sc in our group) no sense of talking...!!!!!

Nice budget hotel, mostly used by large tourist groups. So you can expect some noise and disturbance from other occupants. People are nice except at the reception. Rooms are generally without window. A few rooms do have window on the front side. Food quality is bad. Overall it is clean.
Excellent hospitality

The Hotel location is good. It is near to Jaipur Railway Station and Bus Stand. You can get easily local vehicles from the hotel. The hotel staff is very Co-operative. They suggest you to how to visit and where to visit in Jaipur. Room cleanness is good. If you want to only stay then it is okey. But there is no other amenities.
An average budget hotel

Ok so I'll come straight to the point ..I had the worst time of my life in locating this hotel. It took me an hour to reach the hotel after entering Jaipur. ð¥
- looks elegant from the outside with descent interiors
- A very supportive and friendly staff
- The restaurant served a range of good quality food . Try the Masala omlette , tadke wali dal khichdi.
- clean rooms, bathrooms tidy.
- I'm surprised that the never brought my soap and shampoo up. I'm still waiting ruby .ð
- location of this hotel I feel is yet another drawback.
