cons:
+ terminie reception service, rude & unwelcoming, they couldn't find our booking for ages, than demand us to come down at 23:30 (when we were sleeping having an early boat in the morning) and provide booking id
- cold: simply freezing at night
- noisy: very busy road next to the hotel makes it impossible to sleep
- Indian breakfast only
- wifi dropping off constantly
pros:
- cnn on the telly
- 10 walking for the gath
I'd definitely pick different place again
there is another dolphin hotel near the river which I hoped it would be this one, which is soo much nicer & better

Location - Continuous construction going on at nearby areas, hell lot of noise. Too far from all the religious ghats.
Service- Very bad, no toilet paper in the washroom. Asked at 1st night and received on second day evening.
Cleanliness- Cigarette smell in the washroom, damaged tap, no hot water, dirty bed sheets, bad shaped quilt, mattress covers open from all the possible corners, lipsticks marks ob towels.
Note: You need to inform at reception 30 minuets prior you take a bath if you want hot water.

I visited the place for a marriage purpose and find that this was a budget accommodation with decent rooms and small banquet facility.
Rooms are clean and staff is helpful but service is a bit slow.
Overall a nice and good stay.

The worst hotel in my life. No hot water, no windows, room very very very dirty and old, dont clean the room, no towals, unfrendly stuf, bed smell, always the same linen, bad breakfast. The only thing good in the hotel was the wi-fi.

Stayed 2 nights. Clean room, comfy bed. Within walking distance to the Ghats (about 15 min longer if you get distracted by the amazing culture ð) tuk tuk a little quicker at around 100Rp, rickshaw same time 30 Rp.
