Found out about the hotel online & made a beeline towards it based on the reviews. We were not disappointed. The rooms were clean and tidy. There was pickup & drop service to & from the temple which was a welcoming feature, additionally the temple is quite close to the hotel. The in house restaurant is also well maintained, the chef incorporates your request into how the meal is prepared, I had ordered Schezuan Noodles which was so well made that I ordered it twice! As a bonus the dinner was 25% off, which is always a pleasant surprise. Overall hands-down it was a very pleasant experience. The staff were also very courteous and helpful. Would definitely recommend anyone visiting Shirdi to choose Sai Jashan as your preferred choice to stay.

I booked this hotel after reading the mostly positive reviews. This property apparently is one of the winners of trip advisor travellers choice award for best hotels in Shirdi...wait - that was in 2016! If like me, you expect them to maintain the award winning standards, you are goin to be very disappointed. So fast forward to 2 yrs after the award to 6th Feb 2018 when I checked in to this place, I found the bed with used sheets that were not changed after the previous guests checked out, the blanket cover had visible stains on it which looked old & has stayed through many washing cycles (if any). I call the housekeeping & show him, he stated its a permanent stain in such a matter-of-fact way as if that was my destiny & I should accept it & make peace with it forever! I asked him to change it, he flatly refused. I asked him to at least get me some clean bedsheet instead as I would rather use something else, he looked at me as if I'd asked him for his share of his ancestral property. Grudgingly, he got me a sheet, which looked like it had been lying in a laundry pile that hadn't been attended to for years! The white sheet was visibly unclean & it was so dirty it looked grey in color. I am attaching a picture of it, in contrast to the white bedsheet, you can see it looked like a deliberate act of revenge to hand me that sheet. Room was otherwise good, bathroom spacious, but after that episode, I simply couldn't trust them about the cleanliness anymore.
Its at an easy 700 meters stroll from the temple, easily walkable, but if you don't prefer a walk, the hotel has a free drop& pickup to the temple, also, autorickshaws are easily available. Many eateries within 50 meters, just walk straight ,cross hotel ganapati palace & continue straight there are 5 dhabas (all called sher-e-Punjab) that are quite economical. the hotel restaurant called basil leaves serves food too, albeit prices are a little higher than the dhabas, though not too expensive either.
Bottomline: If you have won a tripadvisor travellers choice award, we customers expect you to maintain those standards forever that got you the award in the first place. Getting it once a couple years ago & using it to pull in customers is a very lousy & irresponsible move on the hotel management. If we gave you the award, we could as easily strip you of it too.

After reading the reviews of this hotel on TripAdvisor booked this hotel for one night stay during our recent visit to Shirdi, we were very happy with our stay. Room was nice and clean. One thing outstanding at this hotel was very helpful courteous staff including the manager Mr Sahil. They have 24 hour taxi service to take you for darshan and back which was a bonus. We will definitely stay here again.

Excellent Staff, Well planned rooms great amenities and good food specially the breakfast buffet . We had a relaxing family time. The hotel also provided us with temple Pick and drop and darshan facilities. My future trips will be at Sai Jashan.

we had pleasure staying in hotel sai Jashan with good amenities as per requirement.
Hotel Sai Jashan is near to temple gate no 3 appx walking 5-7Min but hotel provide pickup and drop facilities near temple gate no 3.
Hotel staffs were very helpful with a special thanks for Mr shahul Ji / manager and managements for helping me for booking which was wrongly done same day at the time of booking.
we take dinner in Hotel was average it's need to improve. but breakfast good.
