The management was very arrogant and unprofessional ..
The food was 3rd class..
Even the toilets were not clean..
Despite of our multiple requests our room was not cleaned..
Please Kindly never ever even think to stay here..
The manager misbehaved with my father who is a elderly person for an issue related to pick n drop facility in which the management was reluctant..
The whole staff is negligent towards their duties and mis-behaves with the customers..
Total waste of money.
Not deserves even a single stars.

Good hotel for family as well as friends very near 200 meter from the temple parking space is big reception is helping have bus booking and tours counter which is surprising for a budget hotel rooms are big I choose Ac room but in Shirdi for night stay better not choose AC rooms because it is not required there good climate in night cool , Hotel food I tried tea and bread butter which was ok but I tell you it is better to eat in the sai sangam except the tample area because near temple area they have big food joint but no taste and also loot,

I had booked two nights at this hotel for my parents over tha last weekend(Friday to Sunday). Due to some last minute changes, they could not reach Shirdi on Friday. My father tried calling the reception multiple times to inform the same, and his call was not answered. When I called them at around 9 pm and informed them that my parents have a reservation and they will be reaching early on Saturday morning, the person on the phone said he will keep the room ready.
However when they reached the hotel, they were informed that their reservation has been cancelled since they did not come on Friday. Moreover complete payment for two nights had already been done and also there was no effort from their end to confirm if the customer is coming or not. When my father insisted that they provide a room immediately if not he would lodge a complaint, then they admitted that there was a wedding party going on and all rooms have been given to them. If that was the case, why did they take this reservation in the first place?
They shamelessly asked them to look for another accommodation. And when my father did not give up, they finally agreed to provide them a room in another nearby hotel, which was nowhere worth the 6500/- we had paid. Such unprofessional attitude can lead to your doom, with such competitions from other better hotels in Shirdi. It is high time the management takes care of such issues.

It was family visit with 5 year young kid... almost everything was perfect... rooms / restaurant / parking.. hotel is just 5 mins away from temple .. ice on a cake was drop n pickup from hotel to temple..I would recommend Sai Sangam.
@ Sai Sangam : please add some activities for KIDS as basic as SWING..
avoid MMT as i have paid bit more.. better luck next time to me :)

Out with start up company .coming to sai sangam hotel 43rooms with 50 member staff and a restaurant name srushti pure vegetarian serves Indian ,South Indian ,Punjabi ,Maharashtra ,Gujarati ,continental food is made with individual choice ,when we went there manager Manoj received us well and explained us about facilities ,this is one hotel with ac gym facility withzacuzzi,steam,spa facilities .as we had very little time we could not make use of this facility ,ample car parking ,clean rooms ,we stayed in Royal super deluxe room well ventilated thou there are balcony rooms facing the main entrance we preferred inside room they are also providing transport facility upto temple queue complex ,generator support, western commodes etc.the hotel is located near water park,check out was easy and quick manager Asutosh kept everything ready in 2 minutes as promised .staff is active and attentive .
