I stayed in this hotel for couple of days. It's quite good. But there was a cocroze in the room. Otherwise good environment. It's in the heart of the city and very convenient to the railway station and bustand.

This hotel is very good this is the most beautiful Hotel in Belgaum it is located the centre of the city the bus stop near fort railway station is near to this hotel the rooms are very good clean oral the hotel is very very good

Old and dated building, rooms with not so great ambiance and poor service sums up this hotel. For the tariff they charge, its a costly option.The restaurant is also average. The rooms are full of mosquitoes so we have to be careful. The front desk and staff are not friendly. NO WiFi- a big let down. The soap and toiletries offered is below average. Overall a poor stay.

Easy approach from train/bus station. Rooms are spacious & comfortable, natural lighting & ventilation. I booked 2bed AC & nonAC, 3bed nonAC and 4bed nonAC rooms,for a group of 28 people. All rooms were spacious enuf to accommodate atleast 2 more mattress. The hotel staff is very helpful and courteous.
The in-house veg restaurant serves fresh,hot & tasty food.
100% recommended !!!!

First of all it is not a international hotel by any means....We stayed here for a night as stop over to Goa and that is the maximum you can bear in this International property.
Few areas where this hotel score some high points are
1. Rooms are spacious
2. Secure parking
3. Staff/ Room Service is very courteoaus and helpful.
But Facilities and guest service needs a big improvement. They are situated at very good location and have a huge potential.
A budget overnight stay nothing more than that......
