We stayed 9 days in Sathya Sai Ashram and ate our dinner in Sai Towers hotelâs restaurant. It was very near to reach and a good place to sit together with a big family. The food was very tasty. The staff was trying to do their best. We thank Suresh for being so sympathetic to us.

We stayed at Sai Towers in January 2018 for 3 nights. It was, as always, a great stay. Our room was very clean, the bed comfortable, a good shower, and the service is excellent, There is a wide variety of food available in their 3 restaurants. There are international power outlets so no plug adaptors are necessary and wifi in the rooms. The staff speaks excellent English and are extremely helpful. The location is great, right across the street from Prashanti Nilayam. We are so glad that we can rely on Sai Towers, year after year!

This was my 3rd or the 4th visit at Parthi and this was after few years. Checked in with my wife and little daughter to a nice room. The place has improved and evolved and the service was lovely as it used to be. Most of the old staff was still there and the hospitality of everyone was really nice. The staff was very helpful and supportive to get some special food made for our daughter who was just 10 months. The owner (Padmanaban) himself checks on most things and its been part of the reason for it to have consistency over the years. I would never stay elsewhere in Parthi than Sai Towers.

This is my 5th stay at the hotel over the past 6 years and I go back with the same thoughts....location of this hotel is its trump card. It is meters from the Ashram gate and therefore people love it for that reason.
However, I am not sure paying INR6500+taxes (18%) for a double bedroom is worth the money. Though breakfast in included in the room tariff, the menu is limited. There was some confusion on the breakfast timing as well when the front desk said the breakfast was open till 1030AM and when I showed up at 1015AM, I was told that breakfast was closed at 10AM. The hotel staff did manage to put something together, but that's not the point I am making here.
The rooms have finishes that are on par with a 3-Star hotel but the rates are higher than a 3-Star hotel. Toilets have leaky faucets and water closets are not cleaned every day and the stains prove that.
Even though I stayed in the hotel for 2 days, and inspite of me requesting the front desk to clean the room and replace the soiled towels and make up the room, the room was not freshened up and I had to lodge an official complaint.
Also, the WiFi is complimentary but is very very VERY weak and needs significant improvement/upgrades.
Again, given that its location is its strength, people have little choice in how the hotel is run.

Check in: Easy
Elevator: Cramped
Room: Clean and spacious, stayed on 6th floor
Door: Would not lock
Porters: Pushy and at least 2 accompany you to the room and wait in the room until you give Money which is hard if u have just arrived in India and have not changed money.
Toilet- Shower: Disgusting smell from pipes. Complained to housekeeping who recommended we put the fans on!!
The shower curtains are stained with some spots of brown and other colors which makes one so afraid for the curtains to touch your body.
Towels are brown and tired.
The only positive is the location.
Otherwise this place is less than 2 stars.
